All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our European warehouse. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, some orders may arrive in separate shipments.

Delivery Time:

In-stock products
The typical delivery time is 5–12 business days.

Pre-order products
The typical delivery time for pre-order products is 4–8 months from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped (if tracking is available for your shipment).

Possible Delivery Delays

If Your Order Has Not Arrived

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of both the packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
